Training facilitation for qualified electrical workers (QEW):
As experienced line workers and facilitators, we are uniquely positioned to provide authoritative and engaging skill-based training facilitation to multiple classification of QEWs. Our stand-up training facilitation initiatives have covered many topics such as fall protection, bucket rescue, enclosed space safety and rescue, wildfire prevention and inspections, arc flash safety, work management systems, mapping software, and numerous other topics.
Training facilitation for non-QEW:
We have trained non-QEW audiences on electrical and physical hazards when responding to emergencies involving electric grid equipment. Audiences include corporate employees and first responders (fire, police, EMT).
Training consultant and subject matter expert (SME):
We have worked closely with instructional designers and training program managers to build training programs for a multitude of skills and systems. Our services have included being lead SMEs for safety and new line equipment and tools training initiatives, as well as a lead testers and consultants for systems training initiatives including mapping, work management, scheduling, and field resource applications.
